As a leading payment solutions provider, Cosmo Payment had been a beloved brand among their clients for over 10 years. During that time, they never developed a brand identity beyond just the logo.

Building a brand personality with an understanding of why customers loved it was essential. We began by determining what common values were important to both the business and the people who use its services.

These values were the guiding light during the development of every aspect of the brand from the logo to the colours, typography and more.

Launching The New Cosmo Payment

Given the business has cardholders and merchants around the world, a good brand rollout plan was essential.

We generated buzz around the new Cosmo Payment leveraging the brand’s social media following with teasers leading up to the brand’s launch.

A big part of the rebrand rollout was of course re-designing all the collateral such as the website, online platforms, business cards and more to align with the brand personality.

A Successful Launch

Post-launch feedback on the new Cosmo Payment was superb with several clients engaging with the brand on social media and via account managers.

The website also drew notable gains in traffic, leads and account signups following its redesign.
