Overview
Trust is the central purchase barrier for elective surgery — a patient choosing a LASIK provider isn't comparing prices, they're comparing confidence. This campaign was built around a single strategic insight: that surgeon experience was LASIK MD's strongest trust signal, and that an infographic was the right format to make that data visceral and shareable. From that single concept, I designed and built a full campaign ecosystem spanning a landing page, HTML email, web banners, and print newspaper ads.
The Brief
LASIK MD needed a campaign that could move prospective patients past the anxiety inherent in elective eye surgery. Generic brand messaging wasn't enough — the campaign needed to give people a specific, credible reason to trust LASIK MD's surgeons over any alternative.
The Approach
The infographic came first — a visual treatment of surgeon experience data designed to be immediately compelling and digestible. Rather than treating it as a standalone asset, we used it as the strategic core of a full multi-channel campaign. Individual facts from the infographic became the creative units for banner ads and printed newspaper placements, each driving traffic back to a landing page that expanded the story with video content and a direct CRM-connected booking form with full analytics tracking.
